How is atlys different to a traditional Acumatica partner?+
We're a small collective, not a layered systems-integration firm. You deal directly with the consultants and engineers doing the build: faster turnarounds, plainer communication, and materially lower fees, with no drop in craft.
Do I need to switch from my current partner to work with atlys?+
No. atlys isn't a replacement for your Acumatica or MYOB Acumatica partner, and you don't need to switch to receive services from us. We can work alongside your existing partner and team.
Is atlys only for Acumatica and MYOB Acumatica work?+
Those are our deepest specialisms, but not our ceiling. We also cover other ERP platforms, API and systems integration, AI automation and custom software: warehouse systems, hiring tools, construction and project modules and more. If it touches your business systems, bring it to us.
How does pricing work?+
Two ways: a fixed quote once scope is agreed, or transparent hourly work for ongoing needs. No retainers, no lock-in contracts, no invoice surprises: you know the number before we start.
Do you take on clients outside Australia?+
Yes. Acumatica and MYOB Acumatica are global platforms and atlys works remote-first. Current and past clients span Australia, New Zealand and North America.
What size of business fits atlys best?+
Mostly SMB through mid-market: companies that want enterprise-calibre ERP without an enterprise budget, or that want more out of an Acumatica system they already run.
Can you handle AI or automation work that isn't tied to an ERP?+
Yes. We build automation and AI workflows standalone as well as inside ERP systems, from an AI layer inside Acumatica to a standalone automation stack across your other tools.
How fast can a project start?+
Most engagements begin within days of a scoping call. Support clients can often get same-day attention on urgent issues.
Is there support after launch?+
Yes: ongoing care covering fixes, small enhancements, health checks and advisory, on a fixed quote or hourly. No retainer. Most project clients roll straight into it.
