What you send us

  • The contact form. Your name, company, email, phone, the service you are interested in, your ERP and your message. It is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. With it we receive how you found us: the campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), the website that sent you, and the page you sent the form from.
  • Booking a call. Bookings are made in Microsoft Bookings, which handles them under Microsoft's privacy statement. We receive the details you enter there.
  • Email. Whatever you write to us.

We use this to reply to you, prepare quotes and do the work you ask for. We never sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

What the website measures

These tags never see what you type into the contact form. We see totals and campaign results, not a profile of you.

What is kept in your browser

  • atlys_src: how you first and most recently reached the site (campaign tags or the referring site), kept for 30 days so an enquiry can say where it came from.
  • atlys_optout: that you turned tracking off (below).
  • atlys_joey: which Atlys Joey episodes you have watched, so the player can tick them off.

Turn tracking off

This stops the LinkedIn and Google tags on this site in this browser, and clears the stored campaign source. The site works the same either way.

You can also block cookies in your browser settings, or use the LinkedIn and Google settings linked above.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are kept in our email for as long as we need them for the work and our business records. Web3Forms, Microsoft and LinkedIn and Google may store data outside Australia.

See, correct or delete your details

Email admin@atlystech.com.au and we will reply within 30 days.

Complaints

Tell us first at admin@atlystech.com.au. If we do not resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
