How Atlys Joey handles your data
What Joey reads, what it keeps and for how long, and who can see it.
The short version
- Your ERP rights decide everything. Joey signs in to your ERP as you and reads only what your own ERP role lets you see. If your ERP says no, Joey says no.
- Joey changes nothing without you. Every change is shown to you first and made only when you confirm it; sensitive or large changes are confirmed on Joey's own page. Payments are never released and records are never deleted through Joey.
- Payroll, bank and card details stay in your ERP. Pay, payslips, leave and superannuation are never read. Bank account numbers, BSBs, payment instructions and card numbers are never passed to the AI; your administrator can allow them for chosen people, who then see only what your ERP lets them see.
- Hosted in Australia. Joey runs on Atlys's own server in Australia.
- No training on your data. Joey doesn't train AI models on your data, and JoeyAI Chat uses an AI service under commercial terms that don't train on it either.

In your own AI app, what the app keeps of your conversations is set by that app and your company's plan with it, not by Joey.
Who can see what
- You see what your ERP role allows, through Joey or in your ERP itself.
- Your company's administrator can be named to read Joey's audit log of your company: who used Joey, which tool and kind of record, and whether it worked. It holds no values.
- Atlys sees counts, timings and outcomes to keep Joey running well, never the copy of your data or your chats.
Questions people ask
Can Joey see more than I can in our ERP?
No. Every read is made with your own ERP sign-in, and Joey never uses a shared or service login to answer you.
Does Joey write to our ERP by itself?
No. Joey Watch and the forecasts only read. The bill check prepares a bill on hold for you to confirm; nothing is entered until you say yes.
What happens when I leave the company?
When your ERP access is removed, your sign-in through Joey stops working and everything Joey held for you is deleted.
